Apple Orchard

Hello my friends, wow its been awhile its been buisy here in NC, yesterday on Wednsday my hubby and I went to the apple orchard and what a perfect day it was the temp was about 75 degrees and blue skys and the fall colors in the trees was breath taking we picked some apples and the went to look at the farm animals and I LOVE SHEEP so I had to take a picture of this sweet llittle sheep and also this peacock was so pretty we are planning another trip back so I will take more picks of the orchard, Now im going to make homemade apple crisp with the apples we picked with some vanilla ice ccream on top YUMMM O have a wonderful and fantastic fall day :)  Jenn

A peaceful Sunset

Hello my friends..... I hope you all are having a wonderful Sunday :) we have had a wonderful weekend and buisy planting new trees and flowers aslo keeping buisy on the book Im now working on the stories and history to the photos and I cant wait to share it with you all :) This photo is taken outside my backyard I thought it was so peaceful I had to run to grab my camera and take a picture of it to share with you all, I love sunsets they are so pretty to me :) thats it for today at my end Im going to get dinner started we are having a Baked potato night with all the yumo toppings on it from chili and cheese, maple bacon and ranch and sour cream I will be posting a recipe up soon so stay tuned thank you all so much I apperciate you all have a wonderful sunday my friends.. some of my Favorite things

Hello my Friends ..... I hope you all are having a wonderful Weekend, just thought I would share a few of my favorite things that I have, I Love antique Putz sheeps they are one of my treasures they date from 1900's to 1920's :)

And this is a great treasure it is a make do rush light and it is so neat at night Im always moving this sweet thing all over my home just love this piece :)

And at last I love pin keeps and have been collecting them for awhile I love to stuff them in old baskets, cupboards, old wood bowls they look wonderful anywhere and I found this really neat treasure it dates from the 1700" it is a candle/wicker sniffer Love this well theres a few of my favorite things I will post more soon thank you all so much my friends have a great weekend :)  Jenn

Sour Cream Blueberry Pancakes

Hello my friends...... I thought I would share this wonderful and Sweet Recipe with you it is sooooo yummie :) all you need is..

2 Cups of Bisquick

1 Cup of Sour cream

1/2 Cup of Milk

2 Eggs

1 Cup of fresh or frozen Blueberries

Stir in all 4 Ingredints mix

Then Add your Blueberries

Ready For Some Cool Weather

Hello my friends....... WOW its been awhile since I have been on my new blog Im soooo sorry for not posting on here, I hope you all are having a wonderful summer, we have been buisy had lots of family members come and visit and in between trying to work on the Book and also trying to stay cool Im ready for some cool weather this creek is near my home and my kids will go and play in here it sure is tempting LOL it has been really hot here in NC its been between 85-90 degrees yikes thats hot I feel like im in VEGAS LOL, this is such a charming creek and I love the colored flowers on the side its soo peaceful here I love it well thats about it here at my end I hope you all Stay cool and have a great day :)  Jenn

Candle Light and Thunderstorm

Hello my friends..... It seems like forever since I posted I have been so buisy working on the new book and all the wonderful pictures that will go in it :) today it is raining with the thunder storms thats when I love to add candle light its so relaxing to me, this is  new Rush Light that I got about a month ago it is made by Jerrie at Kentucky Roots it is so neat and at night its such a wonderful glow I LOVE THIS I will post more pics soon and more antiques and always yummie Recipes COMING UP :) Thank you all so much for stopping by and have a great day my friends.... kind regards..
